This edition of This Week In High School Sports leads with a story on Hannah and Sarah Tabit of Mount Morris, who have led the Panthers to the top of the heap in Class B girls volleyball; passes out three This Week Game Balls for outstanding performances, discusses how officials can correct a down and explains how there’s nothing special about specialization in youth sports.

This Week In High School Sports will lead each show with feature stories from around the state from the MHSAA’s Second Half or from network affiliated stories and interviews. "Be The Referee," a 60-second look at the fine art of officiating, highlights the middle of the show and is followed by a closing "Perspective."

This week’s show features Utica Eisenhower golfer Ariel Chang, awards Game Balls to Kingsley football's Owen Graves and the Bronson volleyball team, considers a football overtime scenario and closes with a few thoughts on the biggest challenge in high school sports. 

The 5-minute program, powered by MI Student Aid, leads off each week with feature stories from around the state from the MHSAA’s Second Half or network affiliates. "Be The Referee," a 60-second look at the fine art of officiating, comes in the middle of the show and is followed by a closing MHSAA "Perspective."
