This week’s show highlights Farmington United gymnast Elena Vargo, presents Game Balls to Mount Clemens basketball's Javaughn Hannah and Houghton basketball's Brad Simonsen, explains hoops' held ball rule and discusses the multi-sport background of a Super Bowl star.
The 5-minute program, powered by MI Student Aid, leads off each week with feature stories from around the state from the MHSAA’s Second Half or network affiliates. "Be The Referee," a 60-second look at the fine art of officiating, comes in the middle of the show and is followed by a closing MHSAA "Perspective."

This week's edition explains a rule change allowing Michigan schools to play opponents from anywhere in the United States, presents Game Balls to high achievers in soccer, cross country and football; discusses some of the similarities between high school and college or professional football rules, and highlights recent record book updates for football.
The 5-minute program each week includes feature stories from MHSAA.com or network affiliates, along with "Be the Referee," a 60-second look at the fine art of officiating.
