This Week in High School Sports: 10/28/16

The latest edition of "This Week In High School Sports" features a busy group of kids at Montrose covering their school’s football game Friday for the School Broadcast Program and then running in an MHSAA Cross Country Regional the next day, passes out two Game Balls, discusses retaining officials in Be The Referee and finishes with a commentary about the excitement of the Football Playoffs.
The 5-minute program, powered by MI Student Aid, leads off each week with feature stories from around the state from the MHSAA’s Second Half or network affiliates. "Be The Referee," a 60-second look at the fine art of officiating, comes in the middle of the show; and is followed by a closing MHSAA "Perspective."

This week's edition introduces the latest addition to the MHSAA staff, former Chelsea athletic director and coach Brad Bush; awards Game Balls to standouts in basketball, swimming and bowling; finishes a two-part series on lines in "Be the Referee" and closes with the record-setting accomplishment of Sandusky girls basketball coach Al DeMott.
