This week’s show features first-time MHSAA girls golf champion Grand Rapids NorthPointe Christian, awards Game Balls to Brimley cross country running Austin Plotkin and Ann Arbor Greenhills' boys tennis team, discusses how high school football rules differ on automatic first downs and explains the setup of the MHSAA Football Playoffs.

The 5-minute program, powered by MI Student Aid, leads off each week with feature stories from around the state from the MHSAA’s Second Half or network affiliates. "Be The Referee," a 60-second look at the fine art of officiating, comes in the middle of the show and is followed by a closing MHSAA "Perspective."

This week’s show features the inspirational story of Larry Prout Jr. at Pinckney High School, presents game balls in 8-player football to Powers North Central and boys soccer to Gaylord, addresses a swimming rules change in "Be The Referee" and concludes with an "MHSAA Perspective" explaining how most decisions in high school sports take place at the local level.
