This Week In High School Sports: 10/16/20

This edition features Byron Center volleyball's continued success, presents Game Balls to Walled Lake Western soccer's Luke Karfis and the Holland Christian girls swimming & diving team, discusses a soccer rule change concerning penalty kicks and concludes with salutes to a pair of golfers who have scored holes-in-one this fall.
The 5-minute program leads off each week with feature stories from around the state from the MHSAA’s Second Half or network affiliates. "Be The Referee," a 60-second look at the fine art of officiating, comes in the middle of the show and is followed by a closing MHSAA "Perspective."
