Girls basketball season tipped off last week with 12 games broadcast on MHSAA.TV. And hockey fans can watch a pair between a Lower Peninsula power and two of the best from the U.P.

Football Finals to Re-Air on FSD

The broadcasts of the MHSAA 11-Player Football Finals from Thanksgiving weekend will re-air on FOX Sports Detroit on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Four games will be shown each day. Here is the complete schedule:
December 24
- Muskegon Catholic Central vs. Munising, Division 8 – 4 p.m.
- Warren DeLaSalle vs. Muskegon Mona Shores, Division 2 – 6 p.m.
- Monroe St. Mary Catholic Central vs. Ithaca, Division 6 – 8 p.m.
- Grand Rapids South Christian vs. Lansing Sexton, Division 4 – 10 p.m.
December 25
- Detroit Loyola vs. Ishpeming, Division 8 – 4 p.m.
- Clarkston vs. Saline, Division 1 - 6 p.m.
- Grand Rapids West Catholic vs. Lansing Catholic, Division 5 – 8 p.m.
- Orchard Lake St. Mary’s vs. Muskegon, Division 3 – 10 p.m.
The holiday season is also a great time to order DVDs of MHSAA Tournaments from this past fall or previous years. DVDs can be purchased directly from PrepFilms.com or by navigating to a specific game on the MHSAA.tv website and clicking on the "Get DVD" button below the video player. DVDs are $24.95 (plus shipping and handling) for Fall 2014 events. Only MHSAA Tournament games produced by the NFHS Network are available.
