Football Finals to Re-Air on FSD

The broadcasts of the MHSAA 11-Player Football Finals from Thanksgiving weekend will re-air on FOX Sports Detroit on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Four games will be shown each day. Here is the complete schedule:
December 24
- Muskegon Catholic Central vs. Munising, Division 8 – 4 p.m.
- Warren DeLaSalle vs. Muskegon Mona Shores, Division 2 – 6 p.m.
- Monroe St. Mary Catholic Central vs. Ithaca, Division 6 – 8 p.m.
- Grand Rapids South Christian vs. Lansing Sexton, Division 4 – 10 p.m.
December 25
- Detroit Loyola vs. Ishpeming, Division 8 – 4 p.m.
- Clarkston vs. Saline, Division 1 - 6 p.m.
- Grand Rapids West Catholic vs. Lansing Catholic, Division 5 – 8 p.m.
- Orchard Lake St. Mary’s vs. Muskegon, Division 3 – 10 p.m.
The holiday season is also a great time to order DVDs of MHSAA Tournaments from this past fall or previous years. DVDs can be purchased directly from PrepFilms.com or by navigating to a specific game on the MHSAA.tv website and clicking on the "Get DVD" button below the video player. DVDs are $24.95 (plus shipping and handling) for Fall 2014 events. Only MHSAA Tournament games produced by the NFHS Network are available. To order games produced by School Broadcast Program members, contact that school directly to see if it offers DVD sales.

Notable firsts this school year highlight this week's MHSAA.TV programming supplied by member schools covering both peninsulas and every corner of the state.
Available for the first time this fall is a boys tennis match, between Rockford and Hudsonville. Also for the first time, viewers can watch an entire volleyball tournament, the Onaway Invitational, with matches for nine teams. And among our list of 13 football games is the broadcast of Lincoln Alcona clinching the first league title in program history.
