1. VOLLEYBALL Milan claimed its first Regional title in this sport, sweeping Wixom St. Catherine in Division 2 – Monroe News
2. VOLLEYBALL No. 10 Clarkston Everest Collegiate is another first-time Regional champion thanks to its sweep of Auburn Hills Oakland Christian in Division 4 – Oakland Press
3. VOLLEYBALL St. Joseph Our Lady of the Lake won its first Regional title as well, in Division 4 over Martin – St. Joseph Herald-Palladium
4. VOLLEYBALL Newberry swept honorable mention Onaway in Division 4 to clinch its first Regional championship since 1991 – MI Sports Now

9. VOLLEYBALL Top-ranked Adrian Lenawee Christian is moving on to the final week after a sweep of No. 7 Battle Creek St. Philip in Division 4 – Adrian Daily Telegram
10. VOLLEYBALL No. 10 Cass City repeated as a Regional champion with a Division 3 sweep over honorable mention Rochester Hills Lutheran Northwest – Huron Daily Tribune
