Kalamazoo Christian took a 7-1 win from Division 4 No. 1 Kalamazoo Hackett before Hackett came back to win the second game 7-2 – Kalamazoo Gazette

Cadillac fought back from an early one-goal deficit to down Traverse City West 4-1 in a Big North Conference opener – Cadillac News

Harbor Springs keeper Izzy Gracy made saves on four of five shots she faced in a shootout to help her team to a 2-1 win over Charlevoix – Petoskey News-Review

Track & Field

Benzonia Benzie Central’s Manon Lutzke bested a 12-year-old school record in the shot put to help her team to a Northwest Conference quad win – Traverse City Record-Eagle

From Wednesday, Ishpeming’s boys and Munising’s girls took top honors at the third and final Superior Dome Invitational of this season at Northern Michigan University – Marquette Mining Journal

1. TRACK & FIELD The Farmington girls and West Bloomfield boys won Oakland Activities Association Blue championship meet titles – Oakland Press

2. GIRLS TENNIS Midland Dow ran its Saginaw Valley League championship streak to 25 seasons – Midland Daily News

3. GIRLS SOCCER Unranked Auburn Hills Oakland Christian clinched the Michigan Independent Athletic Conference title with a 2-1 win over Division 4 No. 2 Plymouth Christian Academy – Oakland Press

4. SOFTBALL Division 1 No. 10 (tied) Hartland clinched an outright Kensington Lakes Activities Association West championship with a sweep of honorable mention Novi – Livingston Daily Press & Argus

5. BOYS LACROSSE Grand Ledge finished a perfect run through Capital Area Activities Conference play with an 11-5 Cup championship win over Haslett/Williamston – Lansing State Journal

6. GIRLS TENNIS Traverse City Central finished its Big North Conference championship run with a league tournament victory – Traverse City Record-Eagle

7. SOFTBALL Livonia Stevenson swept Dearborn to finish an outright KLAA East title run  Hometown Life

8. BOYS GOLF Port Huron Northern clinched the Macomb Area Conference White title with a seven-stroke win over Utica – Port Huron Times Herald

9. GIRLS TENNIS Brooklyn Columbia Central won the Southern Michigan Interscholastic Tennis League Tournament championship – Coldwater Daily Reporter

10. SOFTBALL Traverse City Central swept Division 3 top-ranked Evart 1-0 and 7-0 – Big Rapids Pioneer
