Busy Week of Live Streams on MHSAA TV

More than two dozen games in a variety of sports will have live streaming this week on the MHSAA.tv website, with those events produced by members of the School Broadcast Program.
In its eighth year, the School Broadcast Program gives members an opportunity to showcase excellence in their schools by creating video programming of athletic and non-athletic events, with students gaining skills in announcing, camera operation, directing/producing and graphics.
The program also gives schools the opportunity to raise money through advertising and viewing subscriptions.
All sporting events – Live or On-Demand – are available on a subscription basis only for their first 72 hours online. They become available for free, on-demand viewing approximately 72 hours following their completion.

The NFHS Network has announced new pricing for 2016-17, eliminating the Day Pass and lowering the cost of a Month Pass to $9.95. Subscribers will have access to all live video and streaming statistics across the country. All content becomes available for free, on-demand viewing 72 hours after being shown live. Some schools also will be selling Annual Passes at a discounted rate. A portion of every subscription sold by a school goes to benefit its program.

Fans also can access scores of games in-progress on the NFHS Network website via ScoreStream. Click on the Scores button in the upper right corner.
A weekly staple on the MHSAA.tv website and the MHSAASports Channel on YouTube is back for another year with highlights of selected games last week produced by members of the Association’s School Broadcast Program.
This week’s highlights package consists of clips from the Battle Creek Lakeview at Plainwell boys basketball game, Baraga at Lake Linden-Hubbell girls basketball game and Okemos at East Lansing boys swimming & diving meet.

MHSAA TV Wraps with Big Fall Finish

High school sports fans can enjoy a huge weekend of live streaming audio and video of championship action this weekend on the MHSAA.tv, FoxSportsDetroit.com and MHSAANetwork.com websites and FOX Sports GO! app.
The weekend centers on MHSAA.tv wrapping up its Fall coverage with live video streaming of all Semifinals and Finals in Girls Volleyball, the Final round of Lower Peninsula Girls Swimming & Diving and 13 Semifinal games from the MHSAA Football Playoffs. All events will be shown live on a subscription basis.
The 8-Player Football Finals will be played Saturday (Nov. 17) between Suttons Bay and Colon at 11 a.m. in Division 1 and Pickford and Portland St. Patrick at 2 p.m. in Division 2, both at Marquette’s Superior Dome and streamed live on the Prep Zone on the FoxSportsDetroit.com website and FOX Sports GO! The games also will be shown on FOX Sports Detroit on Tuesday (Nov. 26), with Division 1 at 8 p.m., followed by Division 2 at 11 p.m. This also is the last week of the Prep Zone on FoxSportsDetroit.com, with three 11-Player Football Semifinal games being streamed live.
The MHSAANetwork.com website will carry live audio of all Volleyball Semifinal and Final matches Thursday through Saturday (Nov. 21-23), as well as the 8-Player Football Finals.
