Luck scored 10 goals May 18 in a 16-10 Division 2 Regional win over Flint Powers Catholic – Linden’s first postseason victory as a standalone program. Linden previously played as part of a cooperative with Fenton and finished this season 10-8, losing Tuesday to Midland Dow in a Regional Semifinal.

The 10 goals are tied for seventh-most on the MHSAA record book single-season scoring list, and the seventh goal that evening also was the 200^th of Luck’s career. Luck also played hockey on the co-op Fenton/Linden Area Griffins team and will continue his lacrosse career next season at Ohio Northern University, where he’ll study engineering.
