FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Dec. 15, 2005 Girls Basketball Will Return To MSU EAST LANSING, Mich. – Dec. 15– The Semifinals and Finals of the Michigan High School Athletic Association Girls Basketball Tournament will return to Michigan State University 's Jack Breslin Student Events Center in East Lansing , Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 and 2, 2006. Attendance at the 2004 and 2005 tournaments ranks first and second all-time for the MHSAA girls tournament, which is one of Michigan 's ten most important sporting events for mid-Michigan's economy.
